Abstract : the germinating capacities , fatty acid values and viscosities of wheat samples were analyzed by determining the viscosities , germinating capacities and fatty acid values , etc , which are the indices of quality deterioration , of 53 types of different wheat samples and the retrogradation degree and quality state of grains were showed through fatty acid value , germinating capacity , senes analysis and taste evaluation , however , wheat quality was evaluated by only viscosity which would cause greater error 文摘:本研究通過測定53個不同品質(zhì)小麥樣品的粘度值、發(fā)芽率和脂肪酸值等品質(zhì)劣變指標,分析了發(fā)芽率、脂肪酸值和粘度之間的關系,并認為脂肪酸值、發(fā)芽率、感觀分析及品嘗評分結果都能較好地說明糧食的陳化程度和品質(zhì)狀況,而粘度值用于評價小麥的品質(zhì)則會產(chǎn)生較大的誤差。
At first , the paper try to defines the concept of quality of valuation based on the concept of quality in modern quality management ; secondly , the quality feature of valuation is put forward based on the analyzing of quality mark of valuation ; the third , the quality standards of valuation are put forward to clarificate the fuzzy understanding on it ; the forth , the paper analyze the influence factors of quality of valuation , and analyze which factor is controllable to the valuation mechanism base on the controllable principle ; at last , a set of appraisal index of quality of valuation based on the controllable factors is put forward , moreover , the author apply the fuzzy synthetically judge method to appraise the quality of valuation 本文首先在現(xiàn)代質(zhì)量管理學關于質(zhì)量概念的基礎上,結合資產(chǎn)評估的特點,對資產(chǎn)評估質(zhì)量進行了界定;在闡述資產(chǎn)評估質(zhì)量標志的基礎上,提出了資產(chǎn)評估質(zhì)量的基本特征;對資產(chǎn)評估質(zhì)量的標準進行了分析,澄清了資產(chǎn)評估質(zhì)量標準的模糊認識;針對我國資產(chǎn)評估質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀,分析了影響資產(chǎn)評估質(zhì)量的因素,并運用可控性基本原理對其可控性進行分析;在對資產(chǎn)評估質(zhì)量影響因素的可控性分析的基礎上,提出了一套資產(chǎn)評估質(zhì)量評價指標,提出運用模糊綜合評判法對資產(chǎn)評估質(zhì)量進行定量評價的基本方案。
